Register to be a Judge for the State Competition
Please fill out the Illinois State Competition Judge Registration online form to volunteer as a Judge for the state competition. Click Here for the Judge Registration form.

• Use the "Comment" field to provide additional information, such as your preference for the type of problem (Spontaneous or Long-Term) or Judge role. For more information on the different types of judges view our Volunteer Information page.
• If you are associated with a team, please list the team's school name and city so the team receives credit for your participation, as each team competing is required to provide a judge.
• If you have a child/relative competing, please list the school name, city, division, and problem they are competing in. In the interest of impartiality, whenever possible volunteers are not scheduled to judge relatives.

This year registration for the Illinois State Competition will be done ONLINE through the Members Area of the International OotM website. To register for the Illinois State competition, you must first complete the Membership Registration with the International OotM Association.

Before You Register
Gather the following information about each team you will register:

:: School Information: Membership Name, Membership Number, Mailing Address
:: Coach Information: Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number
:: Assistant Coach Information: Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number
:: Team Information: Team Members' Names, Ages, Grade Level in School
:: Judge Information: Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number
  * Each team is required to supply one Judge for the State Competition.*
You MUST provide your judge information when registering otherwise your registration will be incomplete.

Please be prepared to fill out all the information, especially the e-mail addresses. We will begin to use the e-mail system extensively this year. E-mails that come back undeliverable make it difficult to communicate.
